The Foundation brings together students, educators, parents and community leaders to help transform Madison public schools. One way is through events that celebrate our public schools and provide updates on progress throughout the district. Events allow us to come together as a community and share, discuss and highlight the amazing things happening in our public schools.

 Circle of Friends

The Foundation’s signature event brings together more than 600 community members to learn more about our public schools. Attendees hear an update on the state of the schools from Madison Metropolitan School District Superintendent Jennifer Cheatham, and learn how to play a role in building stronger public schools in Madison.

This event offers a fun and entertaining evening where community members come together to show their support of public education in Madison. School leaders and staff from across the district perform lip sync battles to demonstrate their commitment and pride in their schools. Attendees also enjoy a photo booth and silent auction.

Adopt-a-School Summit

Held bi-annually, the Adopt-a-School Summit is an opportunity for both current and potential Adopt-a-School partners to come together and share best practices, success stories and brainstorm additional opportunities to support public schools and students in Madison.
